Ordering

Ordering from us is simple and fast – most items are in stock immediately. Since we sell reliable solutions that have proven themselves over the years, we can offer a solid quality guarantee. How to order?

Add the desired products and quantities to the inquiry cart. You can review and send your inquiry via the cart icon in the top right corner of the webpage. After sending the inquiry, you will receive a confirmation email. A sales manager will contact you with an offer on the same or the next business day.

Design and print files

You can find the print file design guidelines on the product page under the “Print files” section. Please send designs created according to the guidelines to us by email or via WeTransfer. If you do not have print-ready artwork but do have a clear vision, we also offer basic design services. For this, we require the texts, print-ready image files, logos, and clear instructions. We can also help adapt existing designs to the correct format. The design work hourly rate is €60, calculated in 30-minute increments.

Warranty

All products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects against manufacturing defects (please see the product page for the warranty period). We kindly ask you to inspect the goods within 14 days of receipt. Please submit any claims in writing to sales@comdecor.eu.

Delivery

We deliver in-stock items and finished goods to your doorsteps within Estonia in 1 business day (excluding islands), and to Finland in 1-3 business days depending on the region. Door-to-door courier delivery for packages up to 30 kg (can contain multiple items) costs €10 in Estonia and €19 in Finland. Larger orders are shipped as multi-piece packages or on Euro pallets. You can also pick up the goods yourself from our warehouse.
