Custom-size fabric banner for indoor and outdoor advertising. High-quality dye-sublimation printing on five fabrics, from lightweight flag fabric to opaque Blockout.
A printed fabric banner gives a large advertising surface a softer, more refined appearance. Each banner is produced to the required dimensions and finished according to the installation method. It can be suspended, mounted on a wall or installed in a frame. The most suitable fabric depends on the location, required opacity and preferred surface finish.
Regular flag fabric is a lightweight polyester fabric that drapes well, making it suitable for hanging advertising banners and temporary display surfaces. The single-sided print is visible in reverse on the back with up to 90% colour intensity.

Airmesh flag fabric is a perforated polyester fabric with a whiter surface that stays cleaner and offers up to twice the durability of regular flag fabric. It is suitable for lightweight fabric banners where improved durability is also required.

DecoTex textile fabric provides a high-quality, refined print finish. The dense polyester fabric is suitable for advertising banners, exhibition walls, branded truss structures, SEG frames, pop-up displays and interior graphics.

DecoTex Blockout fabric is a specially coated opaque polyester fabric. It is suitable for backdrops, branded truss structures, screens, textile-covered partitions and banners where the background or light must not show through the fabric.

Recycled Non Woven banner fabric is a PVC-free material made from recycled PET yarn. The felt-like fabric is strong, lightweight and opaque and does not fray when cut. It is suitable for indoor use and short-term outdoor applications.

Printing
Fabric banners are dye-sublimation printed using OEKO-TEX-compliant water-based inks.
Materials
The maximum print width depends on the material. Banners wider than the available print width are produced by sewing several panels together.
Regular flag fabric 115 g/m²
A lightweight polyester fabric that drapes well, suitable for producing advertising banners and flags.

DecoTex Blockout fabric 260 g/m²
A specially coated opaque polyester fabric for applications where the background or light must not show through the material.

Additional information: the blackout fabric is suitable for banners, backdrops, branded truss structures, screens, partitions and curtains.
Recycled Non Woven banner fabric 130 g/m²
A PVC-free fabric made from recycled polyester for indoor use and short-term outdoor applications.
Material manufacturer: Texo Trade Services BV
Maximum print width: 2.5 m
Additional information: made from GRS-certified PET yarn. The material has a felt-like surface and is strong, lightweight and opaque and does not fray when cut.
Finishing
Fabric banner finishing is selected according to the installation method. Available options include reinforcement tape, ropes, eyelets, pole pockets, hook-and-loop fastening, silicone edging and other project-specific solutions.
Artwork
Follow the artwork preparation guidelines when preparing your files. Artwork for large banners may be supplied at scale, provided that the correct final dimensions are clearly stated in the file.

- Do not add bleed or crop marks (unless otherwise specified)
- Recommended resolution at 1:1 scale is 100–150 dpi. Higher resolution is preferable.
NOTE! Designs larger than 5000 mm should be supplied at a 1:10 scale with a minimum resolution of 600 dpi. - PDF (PDF/X-1a)
